Chris Taylor

Co-Owner

Born and raised in San Diego, Chris’s captivation with technology was set at an early age when his parents, tired of him taking apart every expensive appliance in the house, decided to start bringing home cheap garage sale electronics for him to “reverse engineer”. Chris grew up working with his Father, a General Contractor, and has gained priceless experience in nearly every specialty trade involved in building a custom home. After high-school Chris aimed this building experience, technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude towards a career in the fire service. 4 years working as an EMT running emergency aid (911) calls, and volunteering for the Chula Vista Fire Dept and Scout Fire Explorer Program, Chris decided that the quickly growing industry of Home Automation and Audio/Video was calling his name. It had the perfect mix of custom building, technical problem solving, customer interaction and hands-on work. Taking after his father, Chris enjoys both sides of running a business, the opportunity be both the installer/programmer and the system designer. On the rare occasion that Chris happens to be away from his cell phone, it’s most likely because he’s in the water surfing or spearfishing, on a boat sailing, or riding his bike down some steep local single track.
